Ordering is easy!
You can email samantha’s cookies at orders@samanthascookies.com. You may also make an appointment for a consultation at the store. We are happy to answer any questions you might have regarding your order.
Because each cookie is hand crafted especially for you, a 24-hour notice is required for most orders, depending on the size of the order. Orders that are placed less than 24 hours before pick up will be charged a $20 express fee. Orders will be ready for a scheduled pick up at samantha’s cookies in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. See below for local delivery and shipping.

Pricing
Since each cookie is custom made, prices are based on the size and detail of the cookie and will be quoted as such. For a general idea, a small cookie is $2, medium $3 and large $4. Some larger custom cookies, such as the wedding favors, are between $5-6 depending on the detail. But again the price will be determined by size and detail. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellations
Because we work hard at creating the perfect custom cookie for the customer, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up or delivery.
Local deliveries in the Bloomfield/Birmingham area & Shipping
We will be happy to deliver your order in the Bloomfield/Birmingham area for you for a fee of $20. samantha’s cookies will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States between September 1st and May 1st. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and a packaging fee.
Packaging
Cookies come boxed unless the customer has requested one of the following options:
- Platter Presentation
This oval platter will accommodate roughly 18-24 cookies, based on size. The platter and packaging coordinate with the colors of the order. The platter is wrapped in clear cellophane and finished with a colorful bow. A great way to present your beautiful cookies! An additional cost of $5 will be added to the order.
- Favors
Individual cookies are wrapped in cellophane and tied with coordinating ribbon. The charge is 50 cents per cookie.
- Tins & Baskets
We have a wide variety of gift boxes, tins and baskets. Each order is matched with the perfect container. An additional cost of $7 will be added to the order.
For additional packaging options, pricing will be based upon the customer’s needs.
